PATAG's pilot product and first of the Ifugao-series mouse pads. Designed for gamers with the tagline "Tunay na Manlalaro, sa isip, salita, at gawa." Inspired by the Ifugao symbols commonly seen on their woven textiles.
Designs incorporate the Kinattibanglan, a fernwood diamond-shaped design representing the eyes of the Ifugao's ancestors; Inambayung, a triangular hip bag used to store amulets blessed by the charmed hinalupe gods; and Baybayin, a pre-colonial writing script of the Tagalogs.
10% of profit from the sales of this design will go to the Ifugao IPED Center through the help of our partner NGO, SITMo.
Featured Filipino typeface creator and designer: Aaron Amar, a graphic designer and typeface creator based in Quezon City, Philippines who has been creating modern Baybayin fonts that will surely make the Tagalogs be proud of their ancient writing script.
